Goal of the 3rd ITeO Congress is introducing participants with principles and specifications of electronic education and
learning, technologies and processes on which e-education and learning are based on, and with different possibilities of
usage of ICT (Information and communication technologies).
Congress exhibitors need to present practical solutions for development of those systems, as well as ways by which
electronic education is used. Reporting on progress in this area will contribute in making top quality decisions in the
process of educational improvement.

Approved papers will be published in ITeO Proceeding. Exceptionally high-quality papers, probably with minor
